Fantastic location near the escalator and clean, comfortable rooms. Noise from a nearby event made it hard to sleep.

The room was attractive and clean with a large bathroom and the breakfast was delicious. The design was nice.

The bed was too soft, that's sad thing.

My room was fairly quiet and spacious with comfortable bed. The private parking was outside, EXCELLENT service.

Nice hotel, it has quiet atmosphere, and the location is amazing close to everything. The rooms are new-fashioned and good sized, and are complete with a large bathroom and comfortable bed, for example. The staff is affable and super-friendly, and the owner too...

The prime steaks at Ristorante San Domenico were an absolute revelation that you can't miss! Plus, the spacious room was clean. And don't forget the fine views that accompanied every meal.

After a restful arrival, i was shocked at the excessive noise from a nearby party that went on until 2am-definitley not what i expected. To top it off, the air conditioning in my room was non-functional. I almost gave a good review but the mere thought of not being compensated for those 'irritating' inconveniences is appalling.

The air conditioning was malfunctioning. I felt completely disregarded when I sought help from the owner, who showed no concern for my situation or offered any solutions.

The staff was attentive. The room was stylishly decorated, offering beautiful views of the garden. Breakfast served in the room added a luxurious touch that enhanced the experience. I particularly enjoyed the picturesque garden view from my room, perfect for morning coffee.

It was just a fine choice for a momentary pause in Siena with decent value for money. The room was very clean and updated. Make sure to try the excellent dinner recommendation from the owner.

The location of vip b&b is fantastic, just a short walk to the historic center. Our superior double room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and served right when we requested it. Especially cristina, were super helpful.
